Food Journal 17.08.2006

OK here we go:

B - 3 scrambled eggs with:
spinach
pinch of flax seeds
cumin
about 10g of walnuts
splash of buttermilk (karnemelk)
cooked with FF non-stick spray

L - same as yesterday pretty much:
roggebrood
light mexican cream cheese
alfalfa

1 banana

2 “celebrations” - snickers & twix

2 stroopwaffels

D - turkey, wild rice and sauteed veggies(mushrooms, peppers, onions, walnuts)

Drinks at work: 4 or so cappos, 2 Red Bull light (hey, only 7½ cals!)

Water consumption: 2 litres

exercise:  30 min elliptical/ 210 cals

ooops!  3 glasses of wine!!  am I a wino?
