B- home made cappuccino (thanks to the one I love!)
wheatabix bran cereal, fruit, normal milk, flax
(finished the walnuts yesterday, still getting used to soy milk)

S - a few strawberries, 1 tea and 2 cappos at work
L - going with the old roggebrood/cream cheese/veg standby
snackity snack - spinach/lettuce salad with, radishes, cucumbers, 1 tomato, chicken, yoghurt dressing.
1 Sultana YoFruit biscuit (think these are around 1 WW pts each - I gave the other to R)
D - soup and sandwiches
dark brown nutty bread with
cheese, chicken slices, lean salami, pesto (I had 1½ with chicken and 1 with salami)
chinese tomato soup
3 glasses of sprite zero, small bottle of diet coke
Will someone PLEASE kick my ass and make me exercise tonight???

Wheatabix is good actually. Kind of like shredded wheat! Well I’m eating the bran flakes type Wheatabix cereal at the moment
