Food and Stuff

Today was good again. Except we’ve decided to have pizza.  I know,  I know… I don’t NEED pizza.  I’m tired and no one feels like cooking.

Here’s what I had so far today:

B - Wheatabix bran cereal with:
walnuts
blueberries
strawberries
red berries
bit of flax seed
1 cup of soy milk

L - same as yesterday, roggebrood, light cream cheese, veggies

Snacks: I did drink some diet coke this morning
had about 3,672 coffees at work
ONE celebrations size bounty

water:  bit more than a litre

exercise:  yeah, working on that too.

I’m not giving up, no.  I just feel like it’s ok right now.  It’s OK.  Do I have to cook every freaking night just to be uber-healthy?

update:  dinner - small thin crust pizza (from New York Pizza) with
pepperoni
gorganzola cheese
black olives
three glasses of Rioja

I finally slept decently last night!
