Why do we always start on “Monday”?
So last night I decided around 11:20pm that I was going to work out in the morning. After all, it was going to be Monday and that was the perfect day to start the “new” (read: same old) exercise and eating right program. The one I love went to check on my elliptical machine for me, and I somehow dug out a CD from the drawer to listen to while working out (most of my CD’s are in storage). Wouldn’t you know it… the adapter plug for the machine is somehow broken. Of course I don’t have another. Well, I do but it’s for a UK outlet. Not real handy when you don’t live in the UK.
So much for wanting to get started. I slept like crap anyway last night so it’s probably a blessing in disguise.
I decided I was going to start my food diary (again) today as well. Monday. The day to start.
Breakfast: Cappuccino, sandwich with 1 slice chicken lunch meat, 1 slice LF cheese, 1 tsp yoghurt mayo, 1 additional espresso.
At work: 3 Red Bull Lights (yes 3, but hey, 7½ cals each, I’m still good), 2 cappo’s from the machine
Lunch: brown pistolet with herb cream cheese, tomato, cucumber, bit of sprouts, two slices HB egg, 1 space cookie (ok, didn’t have to have the space cookie, but the one I love stuck it in my purse this morning).
snacks: 2 mini snickers (arg). several more cappos.
Dinner: don’t know yet.
we’ll see if any exercise happens. at least I could drink some water. will go fill up my bottle. I need to also figure out when I can go to Weight Watchers. I can’t stay fat anymore. Seriously, this is ridiculous.
